Age of Nyanpires

I thought I downloaded a civilization simulator. Apparently, I became a god instead.

Kotaka was already having a terrible day.

First, his company fired him.

Then he came home early and discovered his girlfriend was leaving him for another man.

So when a suspiciously advanced new game assigned him a civilization of thirty-seven starving cat-people and declared him their god, managing their problems seemed almost relaxing by comparison.

Almost.

His new followers are homeless, hungry, surrounded by hostile civilizations, and convinced every button Kotaka presses is an act of divine providence.

And somehow, they're actually alive.

Their prayers reach him.

Their faith makes him stronger.

And the ridiculous abilities unlocked by the game work in the real world.

Including one called Tap Tap Nyan, which summons a gigantic divine cat paw to smite whatever Kotaka points at.

Unfortunately, using divine powers on Earth comes with consequences.

Now an enemy civilization knows where their newly awakened Feline Deity lives.

And something is coming for him.

Kotaka has no job, no girlfriend, thirty-seven worshippers, and approximately ten minutes before the first assassin arrives.

Time to build a civilization.

And possibly a religion.
